Yes, Vtlights.com offers 28% off the manufacturers suggested retail pricing. If you compare our prices with retailers and other web stores, you will find our pricing to
be competitive.

What method of shipping do you use?

We ship UPS and Fed Ex ground. Free shipping in the lower 48 states. Oversize packages are shipped by a freight carrier. You have options of other shipping carriers; please contact us to make those arrangements. We can only ship domestically at this time.

How do I place an order?
You can shop our site by simply selecting items you would like to purchase and adding them to your shopping basket. Once you are ready to make your purchase, proceed to the checkout. There you will be able to confirm shipping and billing information. Then submit your request to place your order. If you are paying by credit card, we will attempt to authorize your credit card. If it authorizes successfully, your receipt will appear on screen. If, it does not appear but refreshes to the same order screen, your credit card has been declined and you must either change the credit card and resubmit the order or call the issuing bank to determine why it was declined.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept checks sent via mail however, this will delay your shipment for up to 10 days.

Is my credit card information secure?
Our current system is a multi-layered firewall system that offers up to date encryption techniques to insure the safety of your credit card information.

How will I know that you have received my order?

How do I get a copy of my order?
An order summary page will appear following the placement of an order. This page is designed to be "printer friendly" so that you can have a clean copy of your receipt.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer service department within 10 days of receiving your damaged order so we can contact the shipper and make the claim. You may contact us via email or phone, please sure to include all available reference information to assist us. We will respond with a return authorization and plan to have the package picked up. We will then issue you new product.
